Why Gourmet Food Products?
Sunshine's Homemade Gourmet Food Products currently offers a variety of BBQ sauces, and we hope to expand our product line one day to include other gourmet food products. Made the old-fashioned way. The way that it used to be, the way that it should be. We are always taking recommendations for new flavors, recipes and food products. Currently we are experimenting with BBQ sauces from around the USA.
4th of July BBQ Country Style Ribs
There was a time when our Sweet and Spicy BBQ sauce was a recipe that Sunshine made once a year for the 4th of July to feed family and friends. Then upon request the Sweet & Spicy BBQ sauce became available to the public. Always impressive how it caramelizes naturally when you get to grilling! Tried and true some would say this was the original recipe for Sunshine's Homemade brand of gourmet food products.
Baby Back BBQ Ribs
Another great photo of some caramelization in action on some baby back ribs. I like to cook them slow and low. Some people marinade with Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce or glaze it on as it starts to cook, some both, others just like it for dipping.
